I’ve always thought highly of Gtown, but I’m deeply disappointed with the comments made about Devin Dinkins, a kid who has played with Judah Mintz since grade school and who is his close friend. My mother taught me that if you can’t say anything good about a person then say nothing. Did it not occur to the writer that those comments could affect Devin’s recruitment. If he’s not a priority, cool. But why describe him as limited in size and athleticism? That is totally uncalled for. The comments made about all the other players were of a positive nature, even the comments that were brief. Devin is a fine young man and a talented player despite his stature, and he deserves an apology.

Hi Carl, there is no personal slight meant in evaluating Devin's game. By all accounts, he's a great kid, but describing limitations to his game - and positives, such as being a great shooter - is part of being a writer. I'm sure he will land at a good program that he will succeed at, and I highly doubt the comments of one writer would affect any player's recruitment.
